Are you doing your property manager’s job?

I'm Michael Li, president of Marina Bay HOA and co-founder of Alder. I'd like to talk with other board members about the work that falls back on us. Boards outside the Bay Area are welcome; Alder currently serves Bay Area associations.

I'd like to hear what work has fallen back on your board. Share a few details, then leave your email if you'd like to talk.
