Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how Real Property AI Corp, doing business as Alder ("Alder," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and discloses personal information in connection with alderpm.com (the "Site"), the email correspondence we send from it, and the phone numbers we publish for calls and text messages. It applies to all visitors to the Site, including those who submit information through our forms, and to anyone who calls or texts our published numbers.

Information We Collect

We collect personal information in two ways.

Information you provide to us

Our instant valuation form requests the number of doors you manage, your company name and its city and state, and your name and email address. Phone number, revenue, and profit (EBITDA) are optional; we use the figures you provide to calculate the estimated valuation range we show you and to follow up about it. Our consultation form requests your name, company name, email address, and a message, with phone number and approximate number of units under management optional. The form used to request our utility walkthrough video collects your email address only.

Beyond the figures described above, we do not request sensitive personal information through the Site, and we ask that you not include financial records or confidential business details in free-text fields.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect the pages you view, the source that referred you, and technical information about your browser and device, including your IP address. An IP address indicates approximate regional location rather than a precise address. This information is collected using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

How We Use Personal Information

We use the personal information we collect to:

• respond to your inquiry, prepare a valuation, and deliver materials you request;
• communicate with you about a potential business relationship, until you ask us to stop;
• measure and improve the performance of the Site and our advertising; and
• comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and those of others.

How We Disclose Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose personal information in the circumstances described below.

Service providers

We use third-party service providers to operate the Site and our outreach. Each receives only the information necessary to perform its function on our behalf:

• Formspree — receives submissions from our valuation and consultation forms and delivers them to us.
• Google — Gmail and Apps Script deliver the walkthrough video and copy us on each request. Google Tag Manager and Google Ads support advertising measurement.
• PostHog — product analytics, including pages viewed and forms completed.
• LinkedIn — advertising measurement.
• Twilio — connects phone calls and text messages to our published phone numbers so we can respond to you.
• Loom — hosts the walkthrough video.
• Fly.io — hosts the Site.

Legal requirements

We may disclose personal information where required by law, regulation, subpoena, or other legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Business transfers

If Alder is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

The Site uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies provided by Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, and PostHog.

Collection by third parties across websites

Google and LinkedIn may collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites when you use the Site. We rely on this to measure which advertising leads to inquiries. Certain state privacy laws characterize this activity as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, even though no money changes hands.

Your options

You may block or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so will not impair the functionality of the Site. You may also opt out directly through Google's ad settings and LinkedIn's advertising opt-out.

Do Not Track

Some browsers can be configured to send "Do Not Track" signals to the websites you visit. The Site does not respond to these signals.

Text Messaging and Phone Calls

We publish phone numbers you can call or text to reach us, including about leasing and the properties we manage. When you contact one of these numbers, an automated assistant may respond to you, and a member of our team may follow up.

Information we collect when you call or text

We collect your phone number, the content of your messages or calls, and the date and time of the conversation. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, provide the services you ask about, and keep a record of the conversation.

Consent, message frequency, and rates

Text messaging with Alder is conversational: you initiate it by texting or calling one of our numbers, and by doing so you consent to receive text messages from Alder in response, including messages sent by an automated system. Message frequency varies depending on the conversation. We do not send recurring promotional or marketing text messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance or contact us at support@alderpm.com.

No sharing of mobile information

We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with, or sold to, third parties, affiliates, or lead generators. Service providers that connect our calls and messages, such as Twilio, receive this information solely to deliver the conversation on our behalf and are never permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Data Retention

We retain information submitted through our forms for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and to pursue a potential business relationship, and for a reasonable period thereafter. Analytics data is retained in accordance with our service providers' standard retention schedules. We will delete personal information on request, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes.

Data Security

We rely on established service providers to store and transmit personal information, and we limit access to personnel who need it. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

You may request that we disclose the personal information we hold about you, correct information that is inaccurate, or delete your information by emailing support@alderpm.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Residents of certain states have formal rights of this kind; we extend the same rights to all visitors regardless of where they live, and we will not treat you differently for exercising them.

To stop receiving communications from us, reply to any message you receive from us and ask to be removed, or write to support@alderpm.com.

Geographic Scope

The Site is intended for users located in the United States. We do not offer our services outside the United States, and personal information collected through the Site is stored and processed in the United States.

Children's Privacy

The Site is directed to businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 16. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact support@alderpm.com.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. If we make material changes, we will indicate them prominently on this page.
